我国高校教师评价的现状及问题

高校教师评价在于通过评价客观地科学地对教师做出价值判断,为教师改进工作,发展自身提供信息和指导。目前,我国的教师评价以内部评价为主,外部评价未受到足够重视,没有发挥其应有的作用。

The evaluation of university teachers focuses on the scientific judg me nt of the teachers so as to offer information and guidance for the teachers to i mprove their work and develop themselves. At present,the evaluation is mainly i nner side,and the outer side evaluation is ignored .
