On the Reform in Practice Teaching of Sports Major in Teachers Colleges

通过对体育专业毕业生的抽样调查,发现体育专业培养出来的中学体育教师的诸多问题,特别是在组织能力、训练能力、裁判能力以及动手能力培养上,显得极为薄弱,应引起我们足够重视.因此,为了更好地培养适应中学体育教育发展的合格中学体育教师,教育实习改革势在必行.

The former graduates of sports have been in vestigated. The investigation shows there are various problems with middle school sports teachers who have specialized in sports. They are very weak in organizing,training and referring ability,which should be paid much attention. In order to turn out more qualified sports teachers for middle schools, reform in practice teaching is very imperative.
