摘要
教学是理性因素与非理性因素的统一体,人的发展既有理性方面,又有非理性方面。非理性因素主要指情感、意志、直觉、灵感、无意识。非理性情意因素是教学动力系统的重要成分,又是教育、教学活动的重要目标;非理性直觉是对教学逻辑的补充,是创造性思维的重要组成成分;教学过程又是意识与无意识的统一,教学中应充分利用无意识,以提高各科教学的效果。教学中应采用多种相应的教学模式,重视人的非理性因素的应用和培养。
Teaching is the unit of rational factor and non -rational factor. The development of man includes rational factor and non - rational factor . Non - rational factor mainly means feeling、will、intuition、 inspiration and non - consciousness. Non- rational feeling factor is not only the important element of system of teaching drive, but also the important aim of education and teaching action. Non -rational intuition is a supplement to teaching logic and also is an important element of creative thought. Teaching process is also the unit of consciousness and non- consciousness, we must fully use non - consciousness during teaching, so that it can improve the effect of all kind of teaching . In teaching, we should take various teaching patterns and pay attention to the use and cultivation of man's non - rational factor.
