摘要
企业人力资本构成问题是企业人力资源资本化资格问题。资源间接定价才能成为资本 ,企业间接定价的人力资源是企业人力资本。企业中不是所有人力资源都具有资本化资格 ,只有对企业有剩余贡献的人力资源才构成企业人力资本。
The formation of enterprise human capital is a matter of capitalized qualification of enterprise human resources.Resource that is indirectly priced can be capital,human resource in corporation is the same.Not all the human resource in corpoation possess capitalized qualification.Only those who afford surplus contribution to the corporation can become enterprise human capital.
