鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效评估的探讨

Exploration of evaluating way of curative effect in transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery for treating chronic sinusitis

目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎疗效评估方法。方法 对 1 997年～ 2 0 0 1年鼻内镜手术并随访 1年以上的 32 5例完整临床资料 ,按设计的疗效评估指标进行分析。结果 鼻窦病变性质、范围和程度的差别与手术疗效有显著相关性。

Objective To explore the evaluating way of curative effect in transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery for treating chronic sinusitis.Methods 325 cases who suffered form chronic sinusitis and undergone the endoscopic sinus surgery in 1997 2001 were analyzed according to the index that set up by ourselves. Results The difference of properties, limits and extents of pathological changes in sinuses affected directly the surgical result. Conclusions It is very important to build up a staging system and a criterion of treating effect on chronic sinusitis for appraising properly the endoscopic sinus surgery.
