摘要
本人从西部考查中获得启示,分析了餐饮业和餐饮市场,提出了我校发展烹饪高职教育的几点展望。
Getting inspiration from the visit to West China, the author analyzes the potentialities of cuisine industry and its market. The author also puts forward that the higher professional education of cooking can develop on a large scale and in many aspests.
