摘要
作者从本身的工作实践出发,提出高校学报的编辑工作应该重视导向问题。“动静平衡”的栏目设置,“有的放矢”的选题策划,“三审制”,“三校一读”制度是高校学报正确地发挥导向作用的重要举措和制度保证。
The author considers Journal editor must pay attention to guiding issue in the university by her own practice. Dynamic column programming, designed topic selection,'the three examination', 'three check and one read' could ensure guiding issue.
