摘要
现存的关于领导影响力的研究,重点主要集中在领导者的个性、个人能力、个人魅力和领导风格等范畴。本文通过文献分析,综合归纳出四个方面的集中观点。这些观点的产生,对于领导者的选拔与开发,有着重要的现实意义。
Existing research on leader influence focuses primarily on personality, ability, charisma and leader style. This article through analyzing some literatures point out four views that are useful to leaders' select and development.
