本文从体育教育思想入手,分别阐述了我院体育工作的指导思想和具体任务。并对近年来我院体育教学体系、体育人才引进和培养、体育设施建设、体育专业开发、科学管理等改革方面进行理阐述。旨在研究和探讨新形势下我院体育工作的内容和发展方向。

Basing on the education theory of gym, the paper explains Beijing City college physical e-ducation such as instructing idea and teaching task. Some good measures of its reformation and development are also introduced, including teaching system, teachers' hiring and training, establishment perfecting, and the direction of development.
