本文全面总结了三江学院办学的历史过程和经验,以及指导其成功的思路,即:适应人才市场需要;界定 产权、建立健全法人治理结构;建好师资队伍;多渠道筹资,完善教学设备;后勤服务社会化。
This paper sum up the experiences of Sanjiang University in its development. Its experiences are as following: adapted to the market; delimiting the right of the property of university and perfecting its management; good teachers; raising money from all sides; perfecting equipment; and socializing the services in university.
