摘要
数控机床的对刀是操作数控机床的基本内容,也是最难以掌握的。本文以华中Ⅰ型CJK6032A教学型数控车床为例,介绍了数控车床的对刀原理和方法。该原理同样适用于数控铣床及加工中心。
Cutter - setting is the essential of operating CNC machine tool, it is also the most difficult to master. Based on the HuZhong I type CJK6032 CNC teaching lathe, this paper presents the principle and the method of presetting cutter. This principle also suits for CNC milling machine and the process center.
