Try to Inquire into the Relation of University Education and the Shift of Science and Technology Center

在人类历史的进程中,科学技术不断发展和进步,同时,科学技术中心的地理位置在一定时期也发生转移。通过对科学技术中心转移的研究,我们发现大学教育的改革与发展,是促成这种转移的重要因素。

During the history of mankind's development, science and technology have developed and improved. At the same time, the geographical position of science and technology center had shifted sometime. Through the study on the shift of science and technology center, we find that the development of university education is one important reason of the shift.
