摘要
本文从技术创新的投入、产出及风险三个方面,对技术创新测度指标的选择与确立进行了详细阐述,进而构建了基于国家和企业两个层面的技术创新测度指标体系。
With the aspects of input, output and risk in the technical innovation, this paper has elaborated systematicly the selection and establishment of the measurement index of technical innovation, and then constructed the technical innovation valuation system based on the level of country and firm.
