摘要
地基基础方案的选择要结合上部结构形式和布置以及建筑场地的特点来考虑。地基的承载力验算包括持力层和软弱下卧层两部分,当遇到高饱和度粉土软弱层时,用水泥土桩进行加固形成复合地基,很好地解决了软弱下卧层的承载力问题。
Selecting foundation base scheme should consider upper architecture form, collocation and place. Foundation bearing capacity includes two parts, bearing course and soft underlayer. It can well solving the problem of soft under-player bearing capacity to use concrete pile to strengthen the foundation forming composite foundation at the layer of high sat-urability sandy loam.
