摘要
由于长期超负荷生产,使森林资源遭到了严重破坏,进而导致生态环境的恶化;本文从理论与实际两方面论述了我省林区部分林业局继续减产及全面停伐的必要性及其深远的生态意义。
Forest resource was destroyed seriously and ecology environment was exasperate in heilongjiang forest indstry region because of long term excess load production. This paper states the ecology significance of output reduction and stopping felling of some forestry bureau in heilongjiang forest industry region from the aspects of theory and practice.
