摘要
通过对森林吸收二氧化碳效益、森林涵养水源效益和森林水土保持效益的性质及动态计量方法的探讨 ,论证了森林资源效益计量的必要性和生态意义 ,从而使全社会加强对现有森林资源的保护和合理利用。
According to the discussion of benefit of forest absorbing carbon dioxide and con serving water source, and study of dynamic computati on method of soil and water conservation in fore st, the author demonstrates the necessity and import ant significance of computation of forest resource b enefit so as to make our society strengthen prot ection of forest resource and use it reasonable.
