与时俱进是马克思主义的理论品格,而马克思主义与时俱进的过程就是理论创新的过程。在实践的基础上随着时代的发展社会的变化而不断进行理论创新,是马克思主义永葆生机与活力的根本原因,也是总结中国共产党诞生以来历史经验教训的基本结论,更是中国共产党迎接新世纪新挑战的必然要求。

Advancing with the time, quintessence of Marxism, is a precess of theory innovation itself. Based on the practice and seizing the opportunity, theory innovation is the source of vitality of Marxism, the conclusion deduced from the past experience and lessons in the CPC history, and the prerequisite for the CPC to meet new challenges in the new century as well.
