摘要
校园中的学生打架行为危害大、影响坏,屡禁不止,是长期困扰校园管理工作的难题之一。文章从心理学的角度,对引发这种行为的社会和心理因素进行了深入浅出的分析,并提出了预防和控制这种行为发生的策略。
One of the difficulties which puzzle the schools' campus management nowadays is the continuous gangster fightings or violence in schools, harming the school and the society. This passage has, from the psychological point of view, deeply analyzed the social and psychological factors in causing such behavior and put forward strategies and methods in the prevention and controlling thereon.
