外派船员入职培训对保证航运企业船舶安全管理和提高中国船员在国际海员劳务市场的占有率具有十分重要的意义,文章介绍了外派船员入职培训的具体要求和训练内容,并提供了实际训练的课程概要。
Seafarers' pre-sea training is very important to upgrade shipboard management and increase the number of Chinese international seafarers in the world seafarers' market. This paper describes the requirements and content of pre-sea training, and prvides with some details for this training as well.
