文章运用文献资料法等研究方法,从目前我国高校体育教育的现状出发,提出高校体育教育呈现出开放化、科学化、终身化、健康化、信息化、超前性、素质性的发展趋势。

By literature research the paper analyzes the present situation of modern college physical education and studies its development in the future, that is, college physical education will be more exoteric, more scientific, lifelong, more healthful,more informational, more forward-looking and qualitative.
