摘要
博弈论是近年来现代经济学中发展最迅速的分支学科,在经济学理论和应用学科中有着广泛的应用。本文用博弈论对绩效考核中的决策问题加以分析,从而体现博弈理论的经济意义。
The Game Theory is a fast growing branch of economics,with a wide application in economics theo-ries and the relevant applied subjects.The writer takes the issue of the work performance assessment as an ex-ample to analyze the decision making concerned,with the purpose of indicating the economical significance of the Game Theory.
