试论艺术家的素质结构

On Quality Structure of the Artist

艺术家素质的高低决定着作品的艺术质量,因而要求艺术家要有深厚的思想修养和艺术修养。笔者概括提出了艺术家的素质结构。艺术家的素质由五个方面构成———进步的世界观和审美理想、深厚的文化素养、丰富的生活积累、超常的艺术思维活动能力,精湛的艺术技巧和表现才能。

The quality of the artist depends on the artistic quality of his works.There-fore,the artist should be well cultured in thought and art.The author produces the quality structure,which consists of five aspects—— — progressive world outlook and ability of appreciating beauty、profound cultural accomplishment 、abundant living accumulation、super artistic thinking ability、excellent artistic technique and expressing ability.
