摘要
随着国家师范教育体制改革的进行,小学教师大专化已成为不争的事实。本文从课程改革、教学模式改革、评价体系改革等几方面对师范专科教育教学改革进行了探讨,以期提高毕业生的岗位适应能力,使师范专科教育更好地为小学教育服务。
With the development of the national teacher training education reform and the inevitable real-ity of primary teacher with college diploma,this article discusses normal-college education innovation in the fields of curriculm innovation,teaching-model innovation,evaluation-system innovation.
