On Magnificence and Countermeasure of Cultivating Teachers' Ethic in higher Vocational Education

高职教育是我国经济、社会发展和高等教育改革推进的必然产物。知识经济时代的到来和中国加WTO,给高职教育带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文根据高职教育的特点,阐释高职师德的内涵及意义,剖析存的主要问题,提出高职师德建设的对策。

Higher Vocational education is the certain result of national economic and social development and higher education promotion.The coming intellectual economy age and China's entry into WTO bring new challenges and opportunity to the higher vocational education.According to higher vocational educa-tion characteristics,the article expounds magnificence and connotation of teachers' ethic in higher voca-tional education,analyzes the problem and provides with some tactics.
