农村土地产权制度改革浅论

Reform Property Right of Countryside Land

家庭联产承包责任制后的土地制度在新的经济形势下已现出许多问题 :所有者身份不明 ,农民土地产权模糊等 ,因此对农村土地制度进行改革 ,特别是农村土地产权制度改革 ,建立一种明确土地产权主体和内容的土地产权制度 ,保护农民的土地产权 ,实现公平与效益相统一 ,是进一步发展农村经济的需要 ,是农村经济发展适应我国经济发展进程的需要。

There're some matters with the land system under new economic situations,such as uncertain identity of owner,indefinable property right of land and so on.So it's necessary to countryside economy and make it fit in with the development of the whole national economy,we must establish a kind ofland system with definite subject of property right to protect farmers'propety right of land and make fairness and efficiency united.
