摘要
在新形势下增强公民权利意识是法治社会的文化根基;是全面建设小康社会的必然要求;是防止和遏制腐败的锐利思想武器。但由于历史和现实多方面的原因,使得当今社会公民的权利意识淡薄。因此,在推进社会主义政治文明及全面建设小康社会的进程中,必须着力解决提高公民权利意识问题:一是必须严格依法行政,维护司法公正;二是维护宪法权威、保障宪法实施;三是加强对公民权利意识的宣传和教育;四是提高公民的科学文化素质。
TO strengthen citizens' right consciousness in new stituations is the cultural foundation of a society under the rule of law,the inevitable demand for building a wellbeing society and is also the sharp weapon to prevent and restrain corruption.However,citizens' right awareness has been weakened owing to various factors in history and in reality.Therefore, it is necessary to work out such solutions to the problem as administration strictly carried out in accordance with law and legal justice maintained,the authority of the constitution maintained and implemented,the communication and education of citizens'right consciousness strenghened,and scientific and cultural qualities improved.
