摘要
人民法院"执行难"有着极其严重的社会危害性。文章分析了"执行难"的成因,并提出了解决"执行难"的相应对策。
The problems of 'hard to enforce' in people's courts are attached to serious social instability. The paper analyzes why it is hard to enforce some civil and criminal cases, and hereby offers some practical solutions to deal with such problems.
