摘要 当前,秘书角色的认知主体即领导、社会公众和秘书自我对秘书角色的认知都存在一定的偏差,其负面影响较大。对秘书角色的认知产生偏差的原因有多方面,可以借助于通过组织培养和自我培养树立秘书的角色意识;提高秘书从业人员的政治素质,加强职业道德修养及继续大力推行秘书职业资格制度,并逐步实现秘书职业立法,促进秘书职业的专业化、职业化、社会化等相应对策来转变对秘书角色的认知偏差。 leadera secretary's congnitive subject,the public and secretary himself have some certain deflections on secretary'role cognition which causes passive effect greatly, in order to correct them,relative strategies as follow: Firstly, a secretary should form right cognition by organization cultivation and his own cultivation;Secondly, a secretary should improve his politicalequality and enhance accomplishment of profession ethics;Thirdly, a secretary qualification system should be carried on, laid on system should be regulated and then secretary profession legislation should be gradually practiced.
