A Study on the Countermeasures of the Development of Medium-size and Small Enterprises in the City of Sanming

加快三明市中小企业发展是一个长期性的战略问题。文章从中小企业发展一般理论的角度入手,通过对存在问题的分析,提出加快三明市中小企业发展,必须尽快构建和完善组织、法律、财政与金融、技术、信息与服务、人力资源等六个支持系统的对策思路。

Speeding up the development of Sanming medium-size and small enterprises is a long-term and strategical issue.From the angle of the general theory of the development of enterprises and by analysis of the existing problems,this article holds that,to speed up the development of enterprises,we must set up and improve the countermeasures of the following supporting systems:organization,law,finance,technology,information and service and human resources.
