摘要
以硝酸锌、氢氧化钠、尿素等为原料,采用固相合成、直接沉淀和均匀沉淀等三种不同的方法制备纳米氧化锌,比较了三种制备方法的产品得率,颗粒结构,用TEM观察了产品的形貌。结果表明本文介绍的制备方法能获得纳米级ZnO产品,且以均匀沉淀法所得的产品颗粒最小,分布最均匀,较少发现团聚现象。
Taking Zn(NO3)2, NaOH and CO(NH2)2 as material, three kinds of preparation methods were presented to produce nano-zinc oxide with solid-phase synthesization, liquid-phase synthesization and equable deposition .The production rate and partical fabric of three kinds of preparation products were compared, and the product configuration was observed with TEM. The results showed that the preparation methods presented in this paper can produce nano-ZnO product and that the product partical diameter is minimum and the partical deposition is most equality and the reunitable phenomenon is least with equable deposition method.
