对三明市本地产工业用煤的含硫量测定实验研究表明:三明市本地产工业用煤中含硫量大于1%,达到国家严格控制管理使用的含量。分析讨论了三明市作为"两控区"应进行的本地产工业用煤使用规划和管理,以及相关的预防和消除污染措施,提出合理控制二氧化硫对大气污染的建议。

By testing and experimenting with the sulfur contained in coal produced in Sanming,we hold the result: the sulphur content in the useof Sanming local industry coal is greater than which 1%, reaches the country strict control and management. It has analyzed and discussed the use and management rules of local industry coal which should be carried on by Sanming as 'two controls area', and relevant prevention and the measure of dispelling the pollution.Suggestions of controlling rationally sulfur dioxide to avoid the atmosphere pollution were given.
