On the Crime with Power

权力犯罪是具有很大社会危害性的一种犯罪。这种犯罪的发生既与权力本身具有的强制性、辐射性、工具性、限定性等特点有内在的联系,又与权力运作过程中主体的牟利性、客体的顺受性及行使的隐蔽性密切相关。遏制权力犯罪必须从法律、教育、监督等各个方面采取有效的对策,否则,是不可能的。

Crime with power does great harm to the society. The occurrence of such a crime is closely related to the characteristics of power as well as the exercise of power. Effective measures must be adopted respectively from many aspects such as the law, education, supervision, etc. to control such a crime.
