A reform in public security administrative approval system plays an important part in such aspects as: functioning transformation in public security organs, improving work style, raising working efficiency and preventing from abusing power for personal gains. This thesis discusses how public security organs, when undertaking a reform on public security administrative approval system, can start a new approval system and exercise administration by law, being overt and efficient, honest and upright with excellent services and effective supervision.
