论唐太宗的士族政策

On the Patiarchal Clan Policy of Tang Emperor Li Shimin

为推进国家政治与意识形态领域的统一,唐太宗制定了一系列士族政策,如皇室婚姻中,“王妃、主婿皆取当世勋贵名臣家,未尝尚山东旧族”;同时组织官员修撰《氏族志》,并颁布《诫励氏族婚姻诏》等。这些政策的核心目标是建立以李唐皇族为中心、并联合朝中大臣的新秩序,藉此扭转山东士族根深蒂固的门第观念。不过,这些士族政策在实施中,并未取得理想的效果。

Sammary: To push the uification of the state politics and the area of ideology,Li Shimin established a series ofpatriarchal clan policy.Just like for the marriage of imperial family,emperial concubines and emperial sons-in-lawall came from the family of great merits,not from the shandong patriarchal clan.At the same time,he organizedofficials to write a book named On the Clan,and established the imperial edict for punishing and awarding themarriage in Clans,and so on.All these policies were concentrating on establishing the new order of centerizing theimperial family,and unifying the ministers.With all these,he wanted to change the deep-rooted family status view inshandong gentries.However,these patiarchal clan policy did not gain a ideal effects in its carrying on process.
