摘要
基础教育课程改革的实施,迫切要求教师的传统角色要发生根本性的变化,教师要由传统的管理者、主导者、传授者、教书匠、实施者、控制者变为现在的组织者、引导者、促进者、研究者、开发者和创造者。
In the curriculum reform of the elementary education, it is urgent that there be fundamental changes in the teachers' role: from the traditional governors, leaders, imparters, teaching craftsmen, and performers to the present organizers, guides, promoters, researchers, exploiters, and creators.
