摘要
体操教学法的选择不是随性的,它受到一系列教学规律和教学原则的制约和影响,在选择和运用体操教学法时,要把握教学法中各个要素之间的相互作用,相互影响,做到优势互补,使教学法内部诸要素实现最优化组合并产生多样的效应。
It's not a casual job in choosing the methods in gymnastics teaching,which is influenced and restricted by a series of teaching regularities and principles.It's necessary to grasp the mutual functions and influences between several essential factors to optimize and regroup these factors so as to promote varieties of effects.
