表述了生态文化的内涵,并从体制文化、认知文化、物态文化、心态文化四个方面构建了扬州生态文化建设的目标、框架、指标体系。同时,将自然生态观与现代科学相结合,从决策管理、素质教育、生产方式、消费模式、伦理道德等方面探索了扬州生态文化建设的战略措施,其核心是如何影响人的价值取向、行为模式。

This article recounts the connotation of ecology-culture,and sets up the objective,framework and index system of ecology-culture construction from the angles of systematic culture,knowing culture,physical culture and mental culture.Meanwhile,it integrates natural ecology with modern science to probe into the strategic measures for the construction of ecology-culture in Yangzhou from the aspects of management of policy decision,quality-onientd education,mode of production,mode of consumption and moral principles,the key factor of which is how to influence peoples' values and mode of behavior.
