A Discussion on the Integration of Chinese Countryside from the Relationship between the State and the Civil

农村社会中,国家力量与民间力量在“双轨政治”、人民公社体制及“乡政村治”三个整合模式阶段上相互作用,消长进行,中国农村要重建有效的整合,必须实现这两种力量的有机配合。

In the Chinese countryside, the interaction between the state and the civil experienced three steps in the integration mode: double-track politics, the system of People' s communes and the policy of self-governed villages. Therefore, it should be based on the organic cooperation of the state and the civil to reconstruct the integration effectively in the Chinese countryside.
