On the Restrictions of Teachers' Rights

教师的合法权利受到诸多限制:教师权利的性质与来源、产生与终止为教师权利设置了明确的范围;教师所参与的教育法律关系中的其他主体的权利为教师权利设定了界限;教师权利的行使也受职业道德和专业伦理的限制。

The legal rights of teachers suffer many restrictions. The quality and the source, the generation and termination of teachers' rights have set up a clear and definite scope for them. The rights of other main bodies in relationship between the education and laws that teachers have participated in have set up definite bounds for teachers rights. The exercises of teachers rights are also receiving the restriction of occupation morals and specialty ethics.
