试论学术道德失范的原因与对策

A Tentative Exploration of the Reasons for Immoralities in Academic Pursuit and the Countermeasures

当前学术界存在学术道德失范的现象,其主要原因是学术人个体职业道德水平下滑造成的,学术道德教育没有得到社会应有的重视、不合理的学术利益引导机制、不甚健全的管理体制和缺乏行之有效的惩罚措施是其客观原因。遏制这一现象的发生和蔓延主要应重视学术道德修养和学术道德教育;改革现行的学术评价机制;规范学术管理;加大对学术腐败行为的惩处力度。

Currently, there exists in academic circles the phenomenon of immoralities in academic pursuit. The main reason for this phenomenon lies in the declining of the professional ethics of the individuals pursuing scientific research. The objective reasons are insufficient attention given by society to the education in academic ethics, the unreasonable guiding mechanism in terms of academic interests, the imperfect regulatory institution and the lacking of effective punitive measures. In order to keep this phenomenon in check, it is imperative to pay attention to the cultivation and the education of academic ethics. It is also necessary to reform the current mechanism of academic evaluation, to standardize the academic regulation, and to redouble the efforts in punishing immoralities in academic pursuit.
