为21世纪培养创新人才,理工科高等教育肩负着特殊的使命。创新人才的培养是通过加强人文素质教育来实现的。加强理工科大学生人文素质教育,促进创新人才培养,是当前高校面临的重大课题之一。高校,尤其是理工科高校,应采取行之有效的途径和方法,切实加强人文素质教育,以适应新形势发展的需要。

Scientific and technological higher education institutions play an special role in training of innovative talents in 21st century and the training of innovative talents are realized through strengthening human science education . To promote training of innovative talents by means of strengthening human science education among science college student is one of the important subjects facing higher education institutions especially the Scientific and technological ones which should adopt the effective ways to practically strengthen human science education and to meet the needs of the new situa-tional development.
