摘要
设计监理是工程建设监理过程中的重要环节,目前仍缺乏相应的规程与规范。相关部门应积极 创造条件,尽早对工程建设的整个过程实行全面监理。
Design supervision, which is an important part of the project supervision, is short of rules of operation and norm. In order to implement and all round superoision, the departments concerned should take an active part in creating favorable condition.
