微电子装置防雷电感应误动作设计原理分析

摘要 本文用电磁场基本理论分析了微电子装置在雷电瞬变电磁场作用下误动作的机理,并且给出了有关参数对防雷效果的解析表达式,从而较完整地阐述了有关防雷的各种措施。本文的研究结果对防止计算机等微电子装置因雷电感应而产生的误动作有着重要的应用价值。 Using the elementary theory of electromagnetic field, the mechanism of error action of micro - electronic devices caused by the magnetic field effect of transient changes of lightning is analyzed in this paper. In addition, the analytic formula of related parameters is presented which acts on preventing lightning and so clarifying all kinds of means of it perfectly. The result of the test is important and valuable in application, which can prevent such micro - electronic devices as computer to suffer from some error actions as a result of lightning induction.
