Controlling the Costs of Hydrological Engineering in GD Province

我省水文站点多面广,且多数位于偏僻山区,基础设施项目较为分散,单个项目的投资额较小、 管理难度较大。笔者通过对工作实践和总结分析,提出较为有效的投资控制办法。

There are many hydrology stations in GD, most of which are scattered sparsely and located in remote mountainous areas. This will result in dispersed infrastructure projects. The investment of a single project is small and hard to manage. Drawing on her experience and understanding, the author puts forward an effective approach to controlling the projects' costs.
