中国校外教育的现状与前瞻

Present Situation and Forecast of Chinese Out of School Education

校外教育是随着人类的进步而发展起来的,它具有参与的广泛性、内容的多样性和形式的灵活性三个区别于学校教育的显著特点。中国的各种校外教育机构已有4000余家,形成了自上而下、多渠道、多层次的校外教育网络,承担着少年儿童思想品德、身心健康、知识技能、文化娱乐和特殊儿童教育的重任。根据目前校外教育的现状,面向21世纪,校外教育将会进一步走向规范化,全国的校外教育机构将逐步网络化,并会有更多的各种专业人员加入校外教育队伍。随着社会的发展,校外教育一定会有更加长足的进步。

Out of school education has been developing with human-being's progress, specifying in three outstanding characteristics distinguished from school education such as universality of participation, variety of content and flexibility of formation. There are about more than 4000 various out of school education organizations in China, which have evolved out of school education network that is from top to bottom, multi-channel and multi-coherence. Since the after-school education network has taken shape, it carry the responsibilities to cultivate youth's moral character, body and mind health, knowledge skill , civilization and entertainment and special children's education. Base on the status of Chinese out of school education, standardization will come into being. The organizations will benefit from the network more and more, and it will draw more multi-major staff to the team. Faithfully, with the development of society, out of school education would achieve great success.
