摘要
研究了蛋白酶在洗涤去污方面的应用 ,探讨了酶的浓度 ,表面活性剂种类和浓度、洗涤溶液的pH值、洗涤温度和洗涤时间等对洗涤效果的影响 ,并给出了可能的作用机理解释。
The application of Enzyme in detergent was studied.The effects of surfactants and its concetration,the pH and temperature of solution, and the washing time were discussed.The possible explanations for these factors were also presented.
