摘要
初步研究了锡、锆乳浊釉在珐琅生产中的应用可行性 ,并确定了最佳配方。讨论了釉的膨胀系数和坯釉适应性 ,表面张力和釉层表面收缩性的关系 ;分析了乳浊程序与铜绿现象的关系。实验结果表明 :锡、锆乳浊釉可以代替传统的砷、铅乳浊釉 ,且产品釉面无裂纹 ,针孔少 ,平整度好。
Application feasibility of SnO 2-ZrO 2 opaque for enamel production was investigated and optimum recipe was obtained.Relationship between glaze expansion coefficient and glaze-bady adaptability,between surface tension and surface shrinkage of glaze were analyzed together with analysis of relationship between opalescent ability and “copper-blue”disfigurement was discussed as well.Experimental results shown that: SnO 2-ZrSiO 4 opaque gaze could substitue As 2O 3-Pb 3O 4 opague glaze with good levelling surface,fewer surface“pinhole”and crack free.
