法治的人权张扬不仅有其内在的原因 ,还有重大的理论和实践意义 ;根据我国国情 ,必须经过人权的宪法保护、人权的部门法保护、人权的司法保障、人权的国际公约保护等几个途径来实现法治的人权张扬。

There are inner reasons as well as major theoretical and practical significance allowing for the extension of human rights for nomocracy.Based upon the situation of China,the extension of the human rights for nomocracy can be implemented under the protection of the constitution、departmental law、justice and the International pact for human rights.
