On Relationship between College Library and Quality Education of the College Student

从实际出发 ,阐明了高校图书馆在大学生素质教育中必然起着重要作用 ,论述了高校图书馆开展素质教育大有潜力 ,指出了其中存在的问题 ,提出了相应对策。

The important role college library played in quality education was expounded based on actual situation. Potential of college library for quality education was discussed; the author also pointed out its problems while implementation together with counter measure.
