Effects and Suggestions on Project Supply of Venture Capital

文章从资金投入、科技始发性资源、供给动力等方面对影响我国风险投资项目供给的因素进行了分析,提出了建立和健全风险投资项目供给机制的具体对策在于:体制改革;适当地引入私人风险投资;加快培育民营中小型科技企业以及培养创新文化等。

This paper analyzes factors that affect the project supply of venture capital in China from several aspects such as capital input, science and technology resource, motives of supply, innovation ability, and so on. Finally, some concrete suggests about project supply of venture capital are put forward.
